    Linda Prososki, DVM

    Veterinarian
    Dr. Linda and her husband, Dr. John Prososki, have 4 children. They also have two French Bulldogs (Louie and Emmy). Outside of the practice, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

    Frances Andersen, DVM

    Veterinarian
    Dr. Frances is a central Wisconsin native who returned home to practice after graduating from veterinary school. She enjoys working with people and their pets on a daily basis. She has a strong interest in dentistry and feels a healthy mouth is necessary to overall good health. When away from the office, she keeps busy with her husband and three kids. They enjoy many activities, from camping and geocaching when the weather is nice, to baking and crafting when the weather turns cold.

    Angie Witt, DVM, DACVIM

    Veterinarian
    Dr. Angie graduated from UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine, did a Small Animal Internship in Medicine & Surgery at Ontario Veterinary College and a residency in Internal Medicine at the Royal Veterinary College. After three years in academia she took time off to raise her young boys, Oliver & Simon, before returning to the profession - this time in general practice. She has been a part-time associate at Metro Animal Hospital since 2008. Dr. Angie is a Diplomate of The American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine.  She enjoys pizza and spending time with her two cats (Squash and Spider) and dog (Charlie).

    Rachel, CVT

    Certified Veterinary Technician
    Rachel started in the Veterinary profession at a clinic in South Lake Tahoe, CA where she worked for a year and then worked at a mixed practice in Reno, NV for three years. She and her husband, Jon, then moved to Schofield to be closer to family. Rachel joined the Metro team in 2010 and became a CVT in 2012. Her and Jon have a daughter, Violet. They enjoy camping, fishing and hiking. They also have a dog (Charlie) and two cats (Sam and Oliver).

    Roni, CVT

    Certified Veterinary Technician 
    Roni joined the Metro team in December 2012 soon after earning her Associate's of Applied Science degree from Globe University. She received her CVT certification in April 2013. Having grown up on a dairy farm, Roni has been around animals her entire life. She not only enjoys looking after our four-legged loved ones, but also getting to know their owners. Roni has a Siberian Husky (Alex) and two Domestic Longhairs (Trixie and Lucy). Outside of work, she enjoys music, bowling and the outdoors.

    Trystin

    Veterinary Assistant
    Trystin started at Metro in Fall 2014 through the Youth Apprenticeship program at Wausau East High School.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time working with her horse (Alihah) and is an active member of the Lincoln County Rodeo Association. Trystin worked for and was awarded the 2017 Wisconsin River Pro Rodeo Queen.  She also has two dogs (Chaz and Ryder) and a bunny (Chevy).

    Kayla, CVT

    Certified Veterinary Technician
    Kayla joined the Metro team in 2015 after moving from the Madison area. She attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison and graduated with a degree in Animal Science in 2011.  She has been working as a CVT since 2013 when she graduated from MATC with her degree in Applied Science. Kayla lives in Mosinee with her husband, Craig, and their son, Grayson. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with friends and family.

    Melody graduated from Northcentral Technical College in 2014 with an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Science and joined the Metro team in May 2015. She lives in the Wausau area with her Domestic Longhair (Cheshire). Outside of work, Melody enjoys kayaking, cooking and physical fitness.
